Staybridge Suites Atlanta Airport

Location is very convenient to the airport. A few restaurants/bars nearby. Room was comfortable and loved that it is a suite with kitchen and living room. On certain days of the week, they offer a cocktail hour with complimentary beer and wine and a few appetizers.

It's the best hotel I've been to in America so far. I love how clean and spacious it was. The blankets were soft and didn't have a nasty smell to it (yes, even the top quilt). I even saw them cleaning the sofa cushions when we checked in. The full-sized fridge has the option to create ice in the freezer. The small kitchen has two flat stovetop burners, a convection microwave, a set of dishes, utensils, a knife, a pot, and a pan. They do have a mini liquid dish soap for hand washing dishes and a dish washer tab for the small dish washer. The toilet and shower are together while the sink is outside. They provide Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. Everyone at the hotel was so nice and friendly. Very welcoming and patient. They have a tiny little area next to the front desk that has a few drinks and snacks you can buy. Breakfast is self serve. Hot and cold items. They had eggs, a meat protein, biscuits, gravy, grits, and oatmeal. You can even make waffles. There's cereal, yogurt items, coffee, and hot tea.

Staff was helpful and diligent to resolve my big issue. Arrived late. 4am. Told I had 4 rooms booked. I only booked 2 rooms. Afraid I would be charged as NS. I was devastated. But, staff was reassuring. Called booking and affirm. Booking required a message from your hotel indicating was mistaken booking. Manager wasn't in. Front desk girl was knowledgeable how to make the correction. No manager available. Front desk staff was intentional and customer satisfied. I'm grateful. Ty

What wasn’t there to not like but love! This will now be my favorite place to stay when I visit the Atlanta area. From the welcoming smiles when you enter the property to the electric energy from the shuttle driver taking me to the airport. The staff, location, room, costs, cleanliness, bed, and everything in between was a perfect score.

Very nice large clean rooms and basically full kitchens with full size fridge. We had a very early flight so we didn't get to try the hot buffet breakfast unfortunately, but we did get some granola bars and fruit at the grab-and-go area. Also, it is a very short walking distance to many restaurants like McDonald's etc. The shuttle driver was the most friendly guy ever, and they run ever :10 and :40 of each hour.
